Vehicle access locations are dangerous in both places one joins the main village access road on a bend and the other is on the main coastal road on a declining hill with bends either side - the latter will be an accident black-spot. if you must proceed with this the road infrastructure for both phase 1 and 2 must be completed before phase 1 constructions starts else your creating a bottle neck for all construction traffic into the village.
No additional capacity for flood water / sewage provision has been made in this proposal
