This representation objects the allocation of Site HG4(2) – Land West of Maendy Road, Aberthin (Site 2299). The proposal is unsound for 8 independent reasons, demonstrating inconsistencies with the RLDP strategy and multiple VoG policies. These are conflicts with sustainable development principles, settlement boundary policy, and the protection of greenfield land. This objection is reinforced by strong community opposition, evidenced by 100 signatures on the VoG petition opposing unsustainable expansion outside Aberthin’s defined settlement boundary.
