1. The proposed access onto the Aberthin Maendy Road will create an unacceptably dangerous junction at what has already been been recognised by all as a problem length of road. (The danger was recognised in the development of the Spinney and in the discussions about a Pedestrian crossing on Maendy Road where the required viewing lengths could not be met).
2. Further building on this flood plain could lead to flooding and put the existing buildings in danger.
3. This development adjoins a Conservation Area and will damage the view out from that area.
4. It is I believe outside the village envelope.

I wish to object to the proposal to build behind Maes Lloi Aberthin for the following reasons:-
1. The proposed access onto the Aberthin Maendy Road will create an unacceptably dangerous junction at what has already been been recognised by all as a problem length of road. (The danger was recognised in the development of the Spinney and in the discussions about a Pedestrian crossing on Maendy Road where the required viewing lengths could not be met).
