I don`t think there will be any effect on the Welsh Language
The road through Aberthin with the very sharp bend by the Farmers Arms is extremely dangerous even though a 20 mph has been applied.
The volume of traffic along this stretch has increased enormously over many years as a consequence of the building of hundreds of house in Ystradowen and beyond
I believe that more houses are proposed for Ystradowen
All this will come through Aberthin and up to the A48 via Penylan Road which is narrow with sharp double bends
To create another access onto this road would be an unacceptable
A pedestrian crossing has not been permitted due to the proximity of the very sharp bend through the village.
2 The field to be developed is on the flood plain which could lead to flooding.
3. The area adjoins the conservation area which wilbe detrimental to the aspect from it
It is difficult to say what is needed to alter the plan except that i feel this is an unsuitable area for development
