Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The boundary of the green wedge has been changed here for this proposed LDP. It seems the council is caving to pressure and panic in order to develop new housing and altering boundaries and seeking to develop into green wedges as an easy solution. This is not acceptable. These boundaries such as surrounding the proposed North West Barry housing development site are being moved against the majority wishes of Vale residents.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

Boundary and green wedge movements should only be an absolute last resort. Stronger protections should be in place for them and movement/development should only be allowed to occur after all other avenues have been exhausted and considerable public consultation. Development of new housing cannot be at the expense of green wedges and green space. A clause preventing an ultimate growth at all costs policy should be in place.
