HG1 KS4 Land at Church Farm, St Athan page 42 onwards. While the hedgerows is the site's current main green asset the site could deliver significant benefits and improvement in the feel of the whole of the St Athan area if a green wedge is created between the site and Gileston Road planted with trees and potentially a new hedge. Creating a tree lined route into St Athan, this would enhance the area and well-being with a sense of place. The houses should be front facing the road - no messy back fences!
