Any intrusion into this small, close knit village, will have a detrimental effect on village life, and the Welsh speaking residents.
Re Retail - Land at Bridge House Farm:
I object to ANY development on this land for the following reasons:
1) This will result in visual and physical coalescence of Llantwit Major and Llanmaes.
2) It is outside RLDP's defined Strategic Growth Area.
3) It is incongruous within the setting of the Green Wedge.
4) I would be a HUGE intrusion into the countryside, and for the residents of Llanmaes Village.
5) It would be detrimental to Llanmaes Conservation Area.
I would like the entire Lidl project to be completely overturned / declined!
