Concern regarding the proposed development in our village. The site is green belt and is located adjacent to SSI nature fields. Local infrastructure does not appear to have the capacity to accommodate additional demand, as schools, GP services and parking are already oversubscribed. The proposal would also increase traffic on roads that are already under pressure, raising congestion and highway safety concerns. Development of this land would harm the character of the area and reduce the quality of life for existing residents.
