I object to the proposed development of the area east of Sully Moors because it goes against the Objective 1 - Mitigating and Adapting to Climate Change as the area is in a flood plain and regularly gets flooded during/after heavy rainfalls.
It also goes against Objective 5 – Protecting and Enhancing the Natural Environment and Objective 2 - Improving Mental and Physical Health and Well-being because the area is part of Sully heritage rural setting and crossed by a public right of way for local walkers.
