Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I oppose the housing development due to flood risk, poor public transport, and dangerous roads that pose safety concerns. The development would worsen traffic, increase pollution, harm local wildlife and habitats, and strain already limited utility services. The village lacks amenities such as schools, shops, and healthcare, and is on a flood plain, making construction inappropriate. It would destroy the village’s character, exacerbate flooding, and cause major road disruption. Overall, the site is unsuitable for housing development.

Testun llawn:

Flood risk to the whole village
Lack of public transport
Roads are already dangerous and the council has failed to calm traffic doing ridiculous speeds through the village.
Impact on safety of pedestrians with increased traffic on an already busy commuter route.

Lack of local amenities.

Destroying the the nature of the small village.

Environmental impact of added pollution, destroying the habitat of many animals, bees etc

Affects on local utility services, which are already poor.

Affects on the poor ancient drainage throughout the village, which already floods.

Major road disruption, additional pollution through the village.

This village cannot support additional housing projects.

No schools in the village, no local shops in the village, no Dr's in the local village.

This is a flood plain, and any building on these fields, will push the issue onto the main route in and out the site and also in to mois lol and nearby streets

I object to this housing development, this is not an appropriate site.
