For example "Reduce reliance on private car usage for work commutes from x percent to x percent" or "Ensure developments reduce the dependency on private car usage by integrating them into existing bus networks and siting them within a 15 minute journey of a supermarket".

The main objectives are good but still too weak and lack figures and focus. They need to have quantifiable goals.
