An additional side road in Aberthin with poor visibility would be very dangerous.
Aberthin is a minor rural settlement with poor employment and transport links and the proposed site is not within the village boundary.
Deleterious affect on nature and biodiversity, rare orchids grow on the proposed site.
New houses in Cowbridge (Clare gardens) are not selling and building is not yet complete there, has been taking years longer than projected bringing into focus the need for similar houses so close to this site.
Insufficient capacity of local schools, GP surgery.
