The plan has not done this and is actually creating the need to travel more by allocating housing land in settlements such as Rhoose which only have one bus service 304 (NOTE 905 is not a proper service as it only does to teh airport from the train) and one train an hour generally with just two carriages.
Bus services every 20 minutes in Rhoose and trains every 30 minutes. A comprehensive school for Rhoose.
