Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed development should be rejected on several planning grounds. The site was previously dismissed in the Local Development Plan as sporadic countryside development unrelated to Aberthin and remains outside the settlement boundary. Aberthin is classified as a Minor Rural Settlement, where the RLDP directs only limited growth, prioritising Strategic Growth Areas and Service Centres. Nearby Cowbridge—a designated Service Centre—is already delivering significant housing, including the Clare Gardens scheme with 405 homes. Adding 25 dwellings in Aberthin would represent disproportionate expansion (around 15% growth) rather than small-scale development which raises serious highway safety concerns on an already heavily trafficked route.
