I object to Proposal Number SP12[2] for the following reasons:
This will result in the visual and physical coalescence of the Village of Llanmaes and the town of Llantwit Major.
The site is situated outside the RDLP's defined Strategic Growth Area.
The location is incongruous within the setting of the Green Wedge.
This large aesthetically displeasing store and supporting structures would be a major and significant intrusion into the countryside and would clearly be detrimental to the Llanmaes Village Conservation Area.
