This is a totally unsuitable location for housing - it is outside of Aberthin's natural boundary, has no good road access, is on greenfield land and on a flood plain.

The proposal for houses to be built on the land west of Maendy road should be dropped from the plan - it is patently obvious that this is a totally unsuitable location.
