This proposed development sits outside of Aberthin's natural boundaries on a greenfield site with no good road access; it's also on a flood plain - it doesn't take a genius to recognise that it is a totally unsuitable place for a housing development and it should never have made a proposed list in the first place. What a complete waste of tax payers time and money. The Vale should focus on brownfield sites and infill in existing towns and villages rather than build on virgin land.
