This would sit in the middle of the proposed green wedge - which would be a contradiction. This proposal would urbanise the open countryside and be the start of coalescence of Llantwit Major Town and Llanmaes Village, which goes against Welsh Government policies.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

There should be NO retail floorspace occupying this site. Town Centres should be the focus for new retail space, not out of Town locations like this.
