Greenfield site - currently enjoyed by many, many villagers for walking dogs and children.
Issues with water / flood plain?
The main road is already difficult to negotiate , particularly for school children, and was made 20 before the national limit was changed because of issues. Another turning and increased traffic will make this so much worse.
Completely unrealistic proposals when new primary school opened that people walk to the primary school. As if a mother has a spare hour in the morning to walk a 4 year old to school (& back), probably baby and/or older child in tow
