Oppose development; area originally declared as not suitable for building by Vale Council.. (Now proposed. Why?) area subject to flooding; site access not available through private road used by children. Already high number of affordable homes in area. Poor public transport. Few employment opportunities
The plan is not suitable at all. It come with a myriad of problems for developer, impact on nearby residents and pressure on fragile infrastructure.
