Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

This question is incomprehensible, however the nearest Welsh Schools are not in the St Athan catchment area.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

* the assumption the infrastructure and services will be in place is highly implausible.
* public transport links are already poor and the proposed developments in St Athan will exacerbate the already overstretched resources, i.e GP’s, School, etc.
* the additional traffic congestion onto Gileston Road will be dangerous making it difficult to access and egress St Athan.
* In 2023, the Welsh Government passed the Agriculture (Wales) Act 2023. This legislation focuses on "Sustainable Land Management" (SLM), which includes protecting and enhancing the environment. Alternative land should be considered - this farm land should be protected for future generations.
* Alternative land with better infrastructure should be considered, in the first instance brown field sites.
* The land near the Aston Martin Factory, has excellent transport links and near to the town Llantwit Major.
* as a minimum this area should be considered as an alternative before any further work is undertaken on the St Athan proposals.
