The proposed development of this site as retail is currently being considered by Welsh Government under the Call In process - therefore presumably the outcome of that process will inform this decision.
In the hope that Welsh planning policy is correctly applied and this site is rejected for retail development, I would support it's inclusion in the green wedge application as it would make no sense at all to have any development embedded within the green wedge.
Therefore I object to any retail development here but support a green wedge
