Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Access to site issues: roads are unadopted by council and Welsh water. Who would be responsible for any damage? There will be parking issues for residents while work is ongoing. Proposed plans for 50 dwellings is too big, Wick will have doubled in size in around 10 years, how will infrastructure cope? Site has very poor drainage and a pumping station in situ, would also mean loss of greens space used by estate children, dog walkers etc. I believe site has already been rejected twice for development which strongly suggests its unsuitability.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

A different location needs to be found, one with safer and easier access than through narrow residential roads. A smaller number of dwellings that would not overwhelm current infrastructure and village community atmosphere.
