This land is unsuitable for housing, as it is on a water course, it is in a prime area of outstanding natural beauty, and the Heritage Coastline , and Heritage Coastal Path. A very popular family holiday destination and campsite, many individuals and families come from near and far to holiday here, and enjoy the walks and the beaches.
There is a development opposite in the old Blind Home which is more appropriate.
This land is not infill land , it is an area of natural beauty which should be preserved for future generations to enjoy.
