Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

At a consultation meeting in Llantwit Major it was confirmed that the access road to the new development would be via St James Rd. I would like to point out that this is private land as roads have not been adopted by VCC. Therefore you cannot proceed with the proposed development. Also two years ago this land was deemed unsuitable for building properties so what has changed? Wick is a rural village which has doubled in size in the past eight years with 64 affordable houses already built which is a substantial amount for size of Wick.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

I would suggest you re-look at the land and access road maybe visit Wick. This end of Wick is heavily populated so maybe look at a different area maybe near the school. Also look at your policy for allocating properties in Wick as I understood you need to have a connection with Wick, I notice properties are advertised on Homes for you therefore going to a wider audience proving there is no need for affordable properties in this area.
