Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

105 additional residential units are NOT required in Cowbridge.
Access is not suitable for pedestrians or vehicles.
Infrastructure is not suitable/available for more residential buildings.
Clare Garden development has already planning permitted but not fulfilled as there is no need and extra capacity is not required.
This is a greenfield site - prime agricultural land being sold for profit not for the needs of the town.
Sustainable and environmental considerations have not been appropriately considered.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

If there is a need for 105 residential units there are brownfield sites more appropriate to build on eg Llandow.
Continually extending Cowbridge into green field areas reduces its attractiveness as a desirable location to live.
Stop building in greenfield, agricultural areas. Cowbridge is a historic market town - this is disappearing if you build on the agricultural farming land!
