My objection is with the vehicular access (particularly construction vehicles) to and from phase one onto Gileston Rd, and the effects and congestion it would cause to the village. Please consider incorporating the roundabout access to B4265 shown in phase two into phase one and making this into the ONLY vehicular access to this site. It would also seem sensible to move any retail sites shown from north west corner to nearer the roundabout entrance.
