I would echo the exiting concerns regarding placement of the retail unit on the site, coupled with the access issues for an articulated lorry and the extra traffic that will arise. I am somewhat reassured regarding the planned widening of Gilston Road and the new cross roads by the cenotaph. I would also note the concerns regarding necessary infrastructure growth for car parking for additional visitors for the retail, doctors and public transport.
