Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

100% affordable would encourage youngsters to stay in the area and thus preserve local indigenous population and local dialect.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

HG4 (1) No DVM shown in this consultation phase.

This parcel allocation for minimum 50% affordable means 50% market led housing ,the settlement boundary expansion and it's criteria contray to planning in the open countryside and will not supply the current 100% affordable housing needs as VoGCC data suggests.

This Allocation will not fulfill the VoGCC active travel plans requirements.

This allocation under ALC Wales Predictive map clearly shows mainly 3a classification and thus Best and Most Versatile (BMV) status inaccurate, and incorrect compared to other Candidate sites in The Village that are ALC sub 3b grades and more suitable

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

Other land parcels and candidate sites that were unsuccessful in this rldp phase in The Village ,should be reconsidered as clearly this allocation, land to the east of Colwinston, inclusion criteria is very debatable and thus unsound.
