Regarding HG4(1), all homes will require 1-2 cars each because there is very little public transport available. The roads around Colwinston school are already very congested at school drop off and school pick up times, the extra traffic from another 25 homes would be the last straw. The lanes around Colwinston are already busy and have not been upgraded - neither are they well maintained and resurfaced any more. This proposal is at direct odds with the RLDP Vision and in particular Objective 1 ("reduces the need to travel by car") and Objective 8 ("promoting active and sustainable travel choices").
Delete HG4(1), Land to the East of Colwinston.
