This is a rural area, and the proposed site is agricultural land that has been used as a green space for many years. There is no public transport locally, the primary school is at full capacity, and the road is already particularly trouble with few cars sticking to the 20mph limit, making it often a dangerous place for children. All this considered, I feel there isn't the capacity or need for housing in such a rural area.

(I live in Timbers Green nearby, and appreciate that is 'new' housing, but that was built on a brownfield site that was left abandoned for many years, so it made sense to put housing on it).
