Poor for habitat of animals
Bad environmentally
Bad for congestion.
Poor drainage in area as springs emerge in that hill
Scrap it preferably or hugely reduce development preserving as much natural current habitat as possible and have traffic emerge into Penarth Road not Llandough Hill
This is an area with trees and brambles etc slipping down to Penarth Road. The area is a natural habitat for birds including jays, nut crackers, wrens and even a hawk on occasion plus sparrows etc. It is also habitat for small mammals and bats which frequently come from there and fly over our garden in summer. Any suggested mitigation like grassy areas with a few saplings planted in them and a pond will not replace the habitat lost. Also it will abolish any boundary between Llandough and Penarth Road /Cardiff . Also Llandough Hill could not take anymore traffic .
