Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

Social housing has a negative effect on the Welsh language as they rarely speak Welsh. As a Welsh speaker we need to have people who are native to the language in our village

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I strongly object to the proposed development. The site currently provides an open field and uninterrupted sea view from my home, which would be permanently lost, causing significant harm to residential amenity and local character. The development would result in severe overlooking and loss of privacy, particularly due to the proximity of social housing. The value of my property will go down and I will lose equity on a property I have owned for 8 years.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

The field should not be considered. There is no safe access to that site from the estate and no main road goes through it
