I think protecting this site purely for business use is unrealistic and not the most efficient use of brownfield sites. It is a large site and rather than potentially sitting empty for years to come should be put forward as a brownfield site for potential housing development alleviating more pressing housing problems.

This site is very large and I think it unrealistic to expect the whole site to be filled in the future by business usage. Some of this site could be put forward as a housing development site to avoid housing developments being built on Greenfield land.
