Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
The scale of the site is completely out of character with the close by hamlet of Llangan. It would increase what is a small rural community by 300-400%. the RLDP acknowledges that Llangan is not a significant enough community to be able to bear such expansion. there are no local facilities, shops, health services meaning many additional car journeys that are polluting. there is not safe pedestrian access to the site to the school. there is a risk of flooding, particularly on the western end of the site and the ground is waterlogged for many months of the year.
