Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I strongly oppose this site development for housing, as it conflicts with key RLDP objectives. It undermines efforts to mitigate climate change, improve health and well-being, and promote sustainable travel, given Sully's lack of public transport and active travel infrastructure. The existing Phase 1 housing has increased traffic without infrastructure improvements, and a Phase 2 and potential Phase 3 would worsen this. Additionally, it worsens placemaking by adding housing to a village already lacking sufficient retail, health, education, and community facilities.

Testun llawn:

I strongly object to development of this site for housing as it goes against some key objectives of the RLDP.
I object because it goes against "Objective 1 - Mitigating and Adapting to Climate Change" and "Objective 2 - Improving Mental and Physical Health and Well-being" and "Objective 8 - Promoting Active and Sustainable Travel Choices" because Sully hasn't got decent public transport nor active travel infrastructure, so all new residents will be forced to move by car for virtually any needs. The Taylor Wimpey housing Phase 1 has already created enormous traffic pressure on the poor road network and was not accompanied by any improvement in public transport nor active travel infrastructure; a Phase 2 will soon be built, an additional Phase 3 would be really catastrophic for Sully residents. not a single cycling path is present in Sully and Swanbridge Road does not have even a footway!
I object because it goes against Objective 4 – Placemaking because it adds more housing to a village like Sully that has already a disproportionate housing extent with shocking insufficiency of retail, health, education, training, cultural, social, recreation, and community facilities and spaces.
