The proposed use of this land as a glamping site raises serious concerns about both access and residential impact. The existing access is narrow and unsuitable for the increased traffic likely to be generated by visitors, service vehicles, and deliveries, creating potential safety and congestion issues. In addition, the site is located very close to established residential properties. Introducing short-term holiday accommodation in such proximity would likely lead to increased noise, disturbance, and loss of privacy, negatively affecting the amenity and character of the surrounding residential area.
