It should be stated that in the VALE OF GLAMORGAN REPLACEMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2021-2036 CANDIDATE SITES ASSESSMENT AT DEPOSIT PLAN STAGE NOVEMBER 25, it was stated that this site was not allocated "as the site would represent unacceptable intrusion into the local countryside". This site is located on the outskirts of Cowbridge and is NOT conveniently situated for walking (no footpaths) cycling or public transport accessibility. This site should be left as pastureland as there has been an extensive and on-going development at nearby Clare Garden Village Cowbridge.
