Land borders the Ely flood plain
If built on drainage shall decrease increasing flood risk as well as from flood plain
Very few essential services available in area especially public transport therefore road traffic shall increase along a busy road . Gas and mains sewage not available for a lot of village currently. Shall decrease available green space that council says is important for wellbeing
Maybe one suggestion for the land is to build a car park for parents at the school to ease congestion at school times
