Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I believe developing this agricultural land would harm Pendoylan and its residents, who value the village’s small size and rural setting. The village lacks amenities and has limited public transport, so extra housing would increase traffic on already busy country lanes. The land surrounds the primary school, and development could prevent school expansion and reduce places for local children, leading to increased travel distances.

Testun llawn:

I believe that any development of this agricultural land would be detrimental to the village of Pendoylan and the residents who have chosen to live in a small village in outstanding countryside because it is small. There are no amenities in the village such as shops, very limited public transport so any additional housing would increase the already over saturated country lanes with additional traffic. The area indicated totally surrounds the village primary school and any development on the land would affect the children at the school. The school would not be able to expand if needed and if the land was used for housing it would be doubtful if there would be any places available for children to attend the school, hence more travel.
