Re403, land East of Llangan. This is low lying and hence often wet and flooded grazing pasture on the edge of the village. There are no amenities in the village and the local school is, I understand full. All four access lanes have at least two sections of single file road. Increasing traffic on these narrow and heavily pot holed lanes will create significant problems. There is strong local objection to this being developed.
