Localised flooding already experienced on two occasions in the past 5 years. Concerned for wildlife in large hedgerows to the rear of properties on Caerwent Close, foxes, bats, dormice and various species of birds including owls. Roads on entry to the proposed area and existing housing are already treacherous, blind corners, parked vehicles and children playing often in the streets, alterations would need to be made to the present access road of Conway Close.
