Developing on this site, which is within the Boverton Conservation Area, would have a significantly detrimental impact on the historic nature of the area. It would also destroy a large proportion of the green fields and biodiversity with the Conservation Area. There are already significant traffic issues on the road where the site is accessed (congestion, narrow road and blind bend) and developing here would make these worse. There is no safe pedestrian access.
