I remind the Vale Council planners that, in the VALE OF GLAMORGAN REPLACEMENT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2021 - 2036 CANDIDATE SITES ASSESSMENT AT DEPOSIT PLAN STAGE November 2025, it was stated that this site (ref 438) was not allocated "as the site would represent unacceptable intrusion into the local countryside. The site is located on the outskirts of Cowbridge and not conveniently situated for walking, cycling or public transport accessability".
