I am objecting to this site's inclusion in the RLDP. The use of these fields has been for centuries agricultural. The fields adjoin Llanblethian Hill (locally known as Mount Ida). Llanblethian Hill is significant as it is a site of historical importance. Houses should be built on brownfield sites not green fields. The Clare Garden Village development still has unbuilt and unsold houses.
Cowbridge doesn't have the infrastructure to cope with the existing houses and will not cope with more, eg appointments with doctors and dentists, car parking, schools.
