The proposed site is agricultural land that has been used as a green space for many years. There is no public transport locally, the primary school is at full capacity, and the road is already particularly trouble with few cars sticking to the 20mph limit, making it often a dangerous place for children. The proximity to the school isn't ideal due to privacy for the children, and excess traffic during school hours (something that is already an issue) All this considered, I feel there isn't the capacity or need for housing in such a rural area.
