The development proposed is outside the existing settlement of wick and would represent an unacceptable incursion into the countryside. The only access to the proposed site is via Trepit rd, which is a single track road with passing places to the west, and to the north is effectively a single track rd because of parked cars, leading into either David St or Church st, both of which are narrow and already overloaded with traffic
