Access not suitable for the increase of traffic. Regarding safety of the 3 schools on Ham Lane East and on Hoddnant estate.
If a bridge was constructed for access over the brook, then it would damage to riverbank, tree roots and increase risk of flooding.
Invasion of privacy to the properties backing on to Hoddnant Brook.
At its last review it was deemed as Agricultural Land and due to the presence of protected species, as supported by ecological surveys, development of the site would significantly impact on the protected species and as conclusion would not be suitable for further consideration.
