New Sites

The submission form is for new sites that have not previously been considered as part of the candidate sites process.
A separate form must be completed for each site submitted. If alternative uses are proposed for the same site, a form will be required for each use.

New sites will need to be supported by evidence to demonstrate that they are viable and deliverable. This should include as a minimum the submission of a sustainability appraisal and a Development Viability Model (DVM). Copies of these documents are available from the Council by contacting LDP@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk or by phone 01446 704681.
