Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Parcel 474 site would have a substantial impact and intrusion into the open Countryside, being detrimental and with increased contribution to climate change .

No indication of Market or Affordable led inclusion.

NO DVM supplied.

NO Active travel supported.

Loss of BVM under ALC Wales Classification.

No site access suitable unless unacceptable demolition or new creation applied that would severely impact existing properties and highway.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I agree with the removal of this site from the Candidate List for the RLDP 2021 to 2036. It is good agricultural land, development would be an incursion into the open countryside, and access through the village would be problematic. Colwinston has no key services, facilities, or public transport.
